Patricia A. Simpson Boiling Springs, SC. Patricia Ann Simpson, 85, widow of Fred M. Simpson went home to be with the Lord, Sunday, March 14, 2021 at Spartanburg Medical Center, Mary Black Campus. Born June 23, 1935 in Meridian Mississippi, she was a daughter of the late Leon Godwin and Virginia Godwin. She was a former employee with S&S Manufacturing and a member of Davis Memorial Baptist Church. Surviving are her children, Ann Green (Don) of Boiling Springs, Freida Baynard (Mike) of Chesnee, Cheryl Hyatt (Rene) of Chesnee, Kim Lovingood (Bill) of Chesnee, Fred R. Simpson (Cindy) Boiling Springs; sisters, Eleanor Bennett of Walterboro, Peggy Smith of Florida; grandchildren, Ronnie Green (Vicky), Karen Davis (Matt), Crystal Burnett (Jeff), Jamie Ellis (Jordan), Louis Collier (Kelly), Casey Corn (Bradley), 9 great-grandchildren and her beloved dog Peanut.
