Debbie Garcia Cowpens, SC. Debora “Debbie” Ann Garcia, 63, wife of Rickey Wayne Garcia passed away Thursday, November 29, 2018 at Spartanburg Medical Center. Born April 21, 1955 in Merced, CA., she was a daughter of the late Max Penson DeWees and Opalene Henderson Ferguson. Surviving in addition to her husband are her sons, Lonnie and Jonnie Woods both of Mayo; daughter, Crystal Avery of Boiling Springs; brother, Danny DeWees of Landrum; grandchildren, Levi Woods, Justin Woods, Britany Woods, Kayla Terry, Bryson Avery, Gracie Avery, Dillon Woods, Jacob Allman, Jeremiah Woods and a great-grandson, Ethan Garcia.
