Andrew Tingley Duncan, SC Andrew John Freeman Tingley, 39, died Sunday, November 12, 2017 at Mary Black Health System-Gaffney. Born July 6, 1978 in Spartanburg, he was the son of Alfred Tingley of Blacksburg and Ruth Ellen Babinec Tingley of Spartanburg. He was a marketing director with Lyft Transportation Services for seven years and attended of Broome High School. Surviving in addition to his parents are his sisters, Rebecca Mills Hughes and husband Michael of Travelers Rest, Amy Murphy and husband Patrick of Charleston, Holly Ann Tingley of Hilton Head and two nieces and two nephews.
